Hamadryad Friends

Ffrindiau Ysgol Hamadrayd Friends is a PTA (Parent and Teacher Association) and registered charity.

Together we raise money to enhance the learning and experiences of every child who attends Ysgol Hamadryad. The money we raise goes towards a wide range of items and experiences. Previous items have included a new piano, playground activities and sports kit!

We raise money by running regular events for the whole school community to get involved in. As well as our winter and summer fayres, we’ve also held discos, quiz nights, book sales and even a colour run!

All of this is only possible with a group of teachers and parents who volunteer their time, energy and creativity. If you’d like to join Ffrindiau Ysgol Hamadryad, or just help out from time to time, email ffrindiauhamadryadfriends@gmail.com or come along to our next meeting.

This school year we’re asking every parent to pledge to give one hour of their time to Ffrindiau Hamadryad Friends. With over 350 children in the school, just imagine what we can achieve with all that help!
